WRISTBAND PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS & POLICY

Where and When to Pick Up Wristbands
Check-In Venue: Finney Isles
🕒 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Details: Please arrive at our first stop to scan your ticket and collect your wristband. You have from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM to check in and pick up your wristband for the night. You can stay at this venue until 10:00 PM or explore other participating stops once announced.

OPTIONAL STOPS:
Jolly Roger Bar
🕒 9:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Details: These are optional stops — you can visit any of them at your leisure between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM once they’re announced.

FINAL VENUES:
Honky Tonks
🕒 11:00 PM – 2:00 AM
📍204 Wickham St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006
Details: This is the final stop! Everyone should meet here by 11:00 PM and stay for the massive NYE countdown party featuring live DJs, dancing, and a midnight champagne toast.

Please note: A Taxi/Uber/Lyft may be required for some stops. The crawl does not provide transportation or shuttle services between venues.

Wristband Policy

This is an open-format crawl. You must start at the first venue to collect your wristband. Once you have your wristband, you can visit any participating venues labeled as “Optional Stops” at your convenience between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM or stay at the wristband venue. After 11:00 PM, all participants will meet at the final venue to celebrate and ring in the New Year together (marked as ‘The Final Venue’ below).

Please remember that you need to collect your wristband at the first stop, as it is required for entry into all venues except the first one. Also, wristbands are no longer available after 10:00pm at the first venue.

TIPS FOR OUR CRAWL

• Pick Up Wristbands On Time: Collect your wristband(s) during the designated time at the scheduled venues before 10:00PM. Latecomers won’t be accommodated – no wristband, no entry.
• Assign a Proxy if Needed: Can't make the check-in? Have a friend pick up your wristband to ensure you don’t miss out.
• Note Club Schedule: Each venues’s scheduled times are listed in the "DIGITAL BAR LIST." Wristbands (for entry) and any applicable drink specials apply only during these times.
• Day-Of Check: Review the "DIGITAL CRAWL MAP" on the event morning for any last-minute details or venue changes.

• Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older with a valid government-issued ID to participate in this event. No exceptions.
• Wristbands: Your wristband is your key to entry. You must present your ticket or QR code at check-in to receive your wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times to access participating bars and venues. No wristband, no entry.
• Ticket Policy: All sales are final—no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. In case of event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a refund (excluding fees) will be automatically issued. Event lineup, venues, and specials are subject to change without notice.
• Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. We promote a safe, fun environment, but remember, no one should drink and drive. Use designated drivers or rideshare services. Participating venues reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any attendee based on intoxication or inappropriate behaviour. No refunds will be given if you are denied entry for any of these reasons.
• Capacity and Late Entry: Some venues may hit capacity during the event. If a venue reaches capacity or you arrive late, you may have to wait in line to gain entry. There is no guarantee of immediate access or entry to any specific venue once capacity is reached, and no refunds will be provided due to waiting times or access issues.
• Respect & Conduct: Treat others and the event venues with respect. Disorderly conduct, inappropriate behaviour, or damage to the venues will result in removal from the event without a refund. The participating bars reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees for inappropriate behaviour at any time.
• Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and participating in the crawl, you acknowledge that you are attending at your own risk. Events Per Se, its affiliates, venues, staff, and organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, death, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.
• Event Changes: Bars and venues may change, but the event will continue rain or shine. Be sure to check your email for any last-minute updates.
