Come along and compete in the 2026 Brisbane Twilight Imperium tournament. The tournament will be played over two days. Saturday will consist of preliminary games, and the winner of each of those games will advance to the final game on Sunday. For anyone who doesn't make the final, casual games will be organised for Sunday.

Subject to numbers, the final game will be six players, and there will be six preliminary games. The preliminary games will each be a MiltyDraft with nine factions and seven slices, with otherwise default settings. The final game will be a modified rulebook map build with a faction ban and draft. Unless a player requests otherwise, decisions will be reversible if no new information has been revealed.

Games will use the Prophecy of Kings expansion, the Thunder's Edge expansion if available, and as many Codices as practical. Players who provide their copy of the game for use will be reimbursed $5 per day. Copies will be chosen first for availability of Thunder's Edge, then completeness of Codices, then by earliest ticket purchase.

The tournament will take place in the Goodwin Building (J Block), accessed via the Bauer Building (K Block) at Somerville House. Pedestrian and vehicle entry will be via Gate 1, with parking under the Foundation Building. Click here for a map of the campus.
