Our Presenter:
Liz Kearins is an experienced senior executive, board director, performance culture consultant, and a qualified professional coach. She brings real world experience in leading safety, culture and strategy transformation both from inside organisations and as independent change consultant.
Through her business, Engagiosity, Liz partners with organisations to improve culture and performance. Her clients include Officeworks, Inland Rail, Opal, City of Moreton Bay, Gladstone Area Water Board and Queensland Rail.
Accredited and licenced to design and deliver the award-winning Switch On safety culture program suite, Liz has been helping organisations make the shift from safety compliance to commitment for the past six years.
Her eclectic career encompasses private and public sector leadership roles in the management consulting, utilities, aged care & disability advocacy, healthcare, environment, tourism and media sectors.

As a member of IPA you can register up to 2 people, subject to availability, to attend this event.
This event is for IPA members only, there will be no public access to this event.
When do I need to register by?
Registrations close 7 days prior to event date.
Registrations are based on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
There are no allocated seats with membership.
