About the Event

Connection and intention setting for a deep experience, followed by an ice bath experience then into the 'Long Breathe' utilising, the Balanced Breath Technique, developed by the 'Balanced Couple' this healing experience is designed to connect you with your higher self to receive the wisdom, clarity and necessary healing for your journey. This breath is designed to help you release and heal old stagnant emotions, trauma and limiting beliefs which no longer serve you.

What is Rapé? (Pronouced Ra'peh)

After the ice bath, before the Breathwork you will be offered a small dose of Rapé (optional) to assist you with the integration and closing of your journey.

Rapé is a plant medicine native to South America containing mild psychotropic constituents. This smokeless Tobacco product is inhaled using a specialized serving tool administered by Trent, which offers grounding and clarity of mind. This plant medicine has been used for thousands of years for sacred and spiritual practices, which provides many physical and psychological benefits.

The session is accompanied by sound and guided meditation to deepen your experience and adequate time for integration and the necessary unfolding of your journey.

In this intimate, small group of participants of up to 15 people only, you will be guided through a Breathwork Session with love, grace and care and supported on your journey the entire time.

Trent and Stacey trained under Spirit Breathwork and Dan P and have been running Breathwork sessions in a group and 1 on 1 setting from their Alexandra Headland Clinic since early 2022

Together they are the 'Balanced Couple' and have a great interest in reigniting individuals with their own self-love, self-worth, passions and joy in order to deepen their relationships and connections in their life.

Please Note

For the best experience with this plant medicine & Breathwork, it is best to NOT to eat before the event. If you feel you need to eat just consume something very light.

Yoga mat or similar to lay on for the breath session

Blanket for comfort (optional)

Warm comfortable clothing to wear after your ice bath

Socks and a blanket if the weather is cold for your breath

Our location is a private home, there is ample parking available on the street

PLEASE NOTE: Some GPS maps get confused by our address as we are technically a double frontage, but Maps does not recognize this. If you find you end up around the corner on Woonum street (the street directly behind us) , simply put 25 Yoomba crescent in your maps and you will be redirected back around the corner. Just remember to come into 21 Yoomba, we'll have a sign out the front and the letter box is clearly marked with 21.
