🛍️ 2×2m – $35

All vendors must supply own or you can hire equipment - at this Venue only.

Stall fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Special Event Cancellation Policy.

WHAT CAN I SELL AT THE 🌈 Southside Collective Market – Your 1-Stop Market Shop for Good Finds & Great Vibes! 🎨🛒🎵

Stallholders can sell second-hand household items including clothes, toys, books, tools, furniture, and garden equipment. Any electrical items, such as lamps, small appliances, whipper snippers etc, cannot be plugged-in and demonstrated onsite.

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED ULTIMATE INDOOR GARAGE SALE

Prohibited goods for sale at markets typically include weapons (like firearms, knives, and tasers), illegal drugs, alcohol (without proper permits), and certain hazardous or controlled substances. Other items often banned are tobacco products, pornographic or explicit materials, sometimes live animals or certain foods, corded used electrical goods without current Tag & Tested certificates, Fireworks depending on local regulations and market rules. Fair Trading Act 1989

BUMP IN DETAILS

A pre-email will be sent to you either Sunday or Monday evening checking for any information we should be aware of prior to sellers’ placement - e.g. health issues, disabilities etc, space next to a friend.

PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK YOU SPAM/JUNK EMAILS AS SOMETIME THE SYSTEM WILL SEND OUR EMAILS TO THIS FOLDER.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE OUR BUMP IN EMAIL BY FRIDAY MORNING - PLEASE URGENTLY REACH OUT SO WE CAN RESEND.

• Your space will be set out for you before you arrive and details emailed to you via Bump in Information - Thursday before the market. 

• The seller MUST provide all their own equipment i.e. tables, chairs, racks etc. Except where there is venue advertised hire.

• Sell your sell second-hand household items including clothes, toys, books, tools, furniture, and garden equipment Any size/ gender or age group.

• You will be able to fill your stall with any preloved items but MUST keep within the boundaries of your space and not encroach on your fellow neighbours.

• Please make sure you have no hazards around your space to ensure there are no trip hazards in the safety of the community and others.

• You can share a stall with a friend or several and there must only be 1 payment made.  It is the responsibility of the seller to sort costs out between friends.  We do not organise split payments.

• Our market allows all ages, however children 13 and under will need to be with a supervising parent or guardian. This venue is not suitable for kids to be running around. 

• Venue details - There are no ATMS on site at the showgrounds so you will need to clearly provide details to your prospective customers on your payment requirements.  We also DO NOT do cash out or breakdown large notes at the Admin Desk.

• Stall holder guide will be emailed to you with more information

• Example of Payment from shoppers: PayPal, Pay ID, Bank Transfer or Cash (Float of $100 for change recommended in small notes or coins)

• Restrooms on site

• No refunds will be issued, and payments are final.

• 🕔 Bump In: 08:00 AM – 0845am AM (for 9:00 AM public opening)
  🚪 Trading Hours: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  🧳 Bump Out: After 1:00 PM or as directed
  ⏰ All vendors must vacate by no later than 2:30 PM

  🚗 Vehicle Access & Parking:
  All vehicles must arrive via the carpark at the back of the building, you will be marked off and directed to where you will unload. Once your vehicle is unloaded you must immediately move to the Vendor/Selling parking area which is located in the general carpark once unloading is complete.

 We strongly advise bringing trolleys or extra hands (“muscle”) to move your products and items into the main building.
